No Guarantee of Products, Services, or Results

Scheduling or participating in a consultation does not guarantee access to any specific product, service, recommendation, protocol, or outcome. Individual results may vary.

No Physician-Patient Relationship

Participation in an Optimus Health educational consultation does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship. Any medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or healthcare services would require separate processes and documentation as applicable.

Information submitted through Optimus Health intake forms may be used to prepare for your consultation and improve the consultation experience. Please provide accurate and complete information.

Consultation Policies

Consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. Optimus Health reserves the right to reschedule consultations when necessary.
